"A vendor had begun initial development using the tool, and as we have now taken over development of the application, we have purchased our own license. We did do a short review of spreadsheet tools, but found yours provides us the flexibility for the in-house application/tools that we are developing. The built-in formulas make use of the spreadsheet a lot easier for many of our users." |

"We had a specific requirement from our customers to provide spreadsheet-like functionality and after trying some other products and seeing an in-person demo here, we determined that this was the correct product for us. Other factors were the ability to create custom fields and complex functions within the control." |

"Initially, we purchased FarPoint Spread when we were automating spreadsheets that were being manually produced by our Accounting Department. FarPoint Spread allowed us to easily produce a finished product with the same look and feel as existing reports. Since our initial successes we've had abundant requests from other departments." |
"In 1999 a friend of mine recommended me to use FarPoint Spread spreadsheet control, which I did. I was very pleased with the result and how easy it was to work with. I've been using the product since then. For me it's just a natural choice." |
"I have used your product (FarPoint Spread) since VB 3,4,5,6 - long ago, so it was a natural progression. Second, I worked with other spreadsheets, Infragistics, SyncFusion, and Microsofts Grid in ASP pages and there were performance issues, especially for more sophisticate tasks." |
"We used it for the last 10 years. It was one of the first spreadsheet components and still one of the best." |
"We bought FarPoint Spread for use in our evaluation of grid products for use in a project. The deciding factors were the wealth of features that FarPoint Spread offered over the compitition, for example the zooming feature." |
"To get a full featured grid with spreadsheet-like characteristics. The main factor was the positive review your products received over your competitors." |
"Reputable, reliable, feature rich product/brand.
Gave me the ability to reduce my development time.
Excellent visual interface - my customers love the end product.
Easy to use and work with." |

"I'm a Microsoft MVP so there isn't much I can't make the .NET DataGridView do, but I ran into a large project where the grid needed to have many Excel-like features as well as support multi-column filters, hierarchical display, and support large sets of data with better performance than DataGridView. So the net effect is writing less code and better performance.
After evaluating FarPoint Spread, I was able to do some very complex things within a few days of prototyping and became convinced that it would be well worth the investment. Now that the application I am using FarPoint Spread for has flown through alpha testing, I am convinced I made the right choice." |
